Community support is provided via the community forum. Access to the forum is free and registration is required. There is no guarantee of getting help in this forum from community members and PrimeFaces Team so to secure our response, you may consider enterprise support described in the next section. Enterprise Users submit their questions and request via private PrimeFaces JIRA.

Prime Technology provides an hour based Enterprise Support Service, after subscribing to a term, your account will be granted with a number of hours that our team can spend on assistance. In case you run out of hours, you can purchase more at any time during your subscription. Enterprise services include;
