If you need a new feature, enhancement or a fix for a particular component, you might consider case support instead of long term enterprise support. We estimate the necessary effort and time required for the solution then make an offer based on the complexity of the case.

Prime Technology offers Enterprise Support in addition to the free community support. Enterprise services include access to priority support forum, fast response times, custom builds and non PrimeFaces related general JSF assistance. Additional fees apply for custom component development, feature requests and remote desktop assistance.
