We would like to inform you about some significant updates regarding our Premium Templates and UI Kit update policy.

New Update Policy

Previously, users of our Premium Templates and UI Kit enjoyed unlimited updates. Moving forward, we are transitioning to a new policy where you will receive 1 year of free updates from the date of purchase. For example, if your purchase date is July 23, 2024, you will have access to updates until July 23, 2025. This change allows us to continue delivering high-quality updates and improvements while maintaining a sustainable support model.

Update Extension Option

To ensure continued access to updates, you have the option to purchase an update extension. This means you can extend your access to updates for an additional year at any time. For instance, you can extend your update period from July 23, 2025, to July 23, 2026, by purchasing an extension.

Important Information for Existing Customers

If you have already purchased our Premium Templates or UI Kit before these changes, you will automatically receive 1 year of free updates starting today. This means you will have access to updates until July 23, 2025, regardless of your original purchase date.

Support Policy Update

In addition to the update policy change, we have also revised our support policy. PrimeTek offers assistance with account management and licensing issues, with the expectation that users have the necessary technical knowledge to use our products. We do not offer technical support or consulting services. However, you can seek assistance and share knowledge within our community via our public Discord and Forum.
