In rare cases where you consider a refund, this document outlines what you may expect from us regarding the items you purchase. We take a clear approach to refunds ensuring that our customers have a great experience and a “fair go”. Refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis and cannot be guaranteed.
Before you ask for a refund
If you are experiencing a technical issue with the item we recommend that you review our support alternatives. Each paid item like a Template, Theme Designer, or PrimeBlocks has its own dedicated support forum that is monitored by our staff. Usually, response time is within 2-3 business days. Please ensure that the issue you are having is reviewed by our technical staff before requesting a refund.
Here are the situations in which we offer you a refund or exchange on an item you have purchased:
- Item is not the same as in preview demos
- Item features are not as defined in descriptions
- Item does not function
In the following cases, a refund might not be given:
- Item did not meet your expectations
- You do not have the necessary expertise to use it
- You simply changed your mind about an item
- You don’t want it after you’ve downloaded it
- You bought an item by mistake
- You ask for goodwill
